1. Applicants must come to Al-Qohhar Foundation office/reach us through email (admin@alqohhar.org) to be handed a form to fill.
2. Applicants must present a parents' death certificate.
3. Applicants must present original copy of family certificate.
4. Applicants must provide information regarding guardian's identifictation, address, and relation to guardian.
5. Applicants must attach a picture, and should a regional coordinator be available, attach information about the regional coordinator.
6. Applicants must not be older than 15 years old.
8. A team from Al-Qohhar Foundation will proceed with data verification before further steps.
1. Must be over the age of 55 years old.
2. Does not have a regular stream of income.
3. Unable to provide for his/her own daily needs.
4. Does not have a husband (widowed).
5. Applicants must fill a form given by the Al-Qohhar Foundation team and attach their family certificate and identification card.
6. A team from Al-Qohhar Foundation will proceed with data verification and selection.
1. Must be over the age of 70 years old.
2. Has difficulties performing daily activities (bedridden).
3. Suffering from critical disease.
4. Must not have a husband (widowed).
5. Members of Al-Qohhar Foundation are prioritised.
6. Applicants must fill a form given by the Al-Qohhar Foundation team and attach their family certificate and identification card.
7. A team from Al-Qohhar Foundation will proceed with data verification and selection.
